Minted from only 1861 to 1864 we have the pre confederation Nova Scotia one cent coin. The last year being minted three years prior to Nova Scotia joining Confederation. These 160 plus year old coins are 95% copper and make a beautiful ring. Each ring is skillfully handcrafted for each customer, with the history of these coins showing through in the wear and small nicks that make each and every piece unique. Extreme care has been taken to preserve the fine details of these coins as much as possible with the Nova Scotia script and designs showing on the outside of the ring. The perfect gift for that special someone from Nova Scotia. Available with a patina finish, or a polished finish, and in sizes 3 through 10.

Crafted for a lifetime of enjoyment, we know you will love this ring. As with all copper jewelry, some skin types are prone to discoloration from the copper. This does not harm and simply washes off.
Take care of your copper ring by removing it when working or in areas with the possibility of rough or abrasive surfaces coming into contact with the ring. Do not expose the ring to harsh soaps, detergents, chemical or chlorine. The copper will oxidize over time and this is easily removed with a silver polishing cloth.
